- Payout and identity information — collected and verified by our payments partner, Stripe, to enable payouts and meet legal/KYC requirements. We do not store full bank or card numbers.
- Inventory and transaction data — events, listings, prices, sales, payouts, and fulfillment status.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the platform.
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: list, price, sell, and fulfill your consigned tickets.
- To process payouts and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the platform.
- To communicate with you about your account, sales, and service updates.
- To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
3. How we share information
- Marketplaces and point-of-sale partners — listing and fulfillment details needed to sell and deliver your tickets.
- Stripe — to process payments and payouts and verify your identity.
- Service providers — hosting, infrastructure, and analytics vendors acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
